Sessions To Suit You – Here’s Our Timetable:


Monday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 1:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm: CORE AND CARDIO

Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm: CORE AND CARDIO / BOXING AND CORE [Alternate Weeks]

Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 1:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm: LEGS

Thursday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm: CARDIO BLAST

Friday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 1:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm: UPPER BODY

Saturday: 7am, 8am, 9am: WHOLE BODY WORKOUT

Sunday: 8am, 9am: WORKOUT OF THE WEEK


Tuesday: 6am: HEAVY WEIGHTS

Wednesday: 5:30pm: BOXING AND WEIGHTS

Thursday: 7:30pm: HEAVY WEIGHTS

Saturday: 8am: HEAVY WEIGHTS

and if you still can’t find us, here are some directions!!

Once on Heathfield Way just off Gladstone Road), if you look for the Oregano Mediterranean takeaway and The Clean Plate sandwich shop, you will then see a big loading bay sign (see photo) to the left of these. This is also opposite the customer entrance to the Daro Furniture Warehouse.

Park just near there on the road and go into the main building (called K2 House) through the loading bay entrance up the ramp. (There is also a large car park around the back of this main building if you struggle to find a parking space).

When you enter the loading bay entrance, you will then see a martial arts business straight ahead. Walk towards this and we are the last unit on the left hand side next to the martial arts business. Unit 219.



All sessions are 45 minutes long.
