For those that are happy to train in small groups but also want a more personalised programme and accountability structure around either fat loss, weight loss, toning and with built in reviews and progress reports.

One To One Personal Training:

For those that prefer the one to one option. This, again is much more personalised as each workout is specifically designed around your specific requirements.

6 Week Body Transformation

This is our Premier VIP package and is designed for women with a specific short term goal in mind such as a wedding, a holiday or even a photoshoot. It combines both one to one personal training and small group boot camp sessions. Ask us if you would like more information.
